    Cook Couscous
    Bring the vegetable broth (or water) to a boil in a medium saucepan.
    Stir in the couscous, cover, and remove from heat.
    Let it stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, fluff the couscous with a fork and set aside.

    Sauté Chickpeas:
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chickpeas, basil, oregano, and thyme.
    Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chickpeas are lightly browned and crisp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the cooked couscous to the skillet with the chickpeas. Stir in the lemon juice and mix everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning as needed.
