    Rim the Glass:
Take a shallow plate and pour a small amount of "Sea La Vie" citrus salt onto it.
Take a grapefruit or lime wedge and run it around the rim of your glass to moisten it.
Dip the moistened rim into the citrus salt on the plate, coating it evenly.

    Mix the Drink:
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. You can adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your preferred level of sweetness.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture until it's well-chilled.

  • 3

    Serve and Garnish:
Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes.
Strain the shaken mixture into the glass, filling it about halfway.
Top off the drink with club soda to your desired level, usually about 2-3 ounces.
Garnish your Virgin Paloma with a grapefruit slice or wedge.
